Flutterbows ships its products worldwide. Some styles take longer to produce than others so please check with us for delivery timelines. Delivery can span from 4 days to 14 days. Standard delivery charges apply based on size, weight and location. We use DTDC, Professional, SK, Fedex, DHL, UPS to name a few.
We ensure every order is as per our customer’s specification and is of the very best quality. Every garment is run through a rigorous quality check before we send it out to you. We strive hard to deliver the best. Even so if our customer is dissatisfied with their purchase we are always here to help. Products can be exchanged for the same style based on the following conditions:
a) Products received in “Damaged/Defective”
b) Sizing issue.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels within 48 hours of delivery. Made to order/Custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.

When you’re exchanging an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for the return courier charges. You will be given a card worth Rs.200 which can be used to buy any of the Flutterbows products for next 3 months. Kindly pack the garment well when sending it.
Please note: Customs Duty & other international taxes if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to their country.
