We strive hard to deliver the best. Even so if our customer is dissatisfied with their purchase we are always here to help. Products can be exchanged for the same style based on the following condition:
a) Sizing issue
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels within 48 hours of delivery. After we receive the returned package, the product will go through quality check. Kindly note that the whole process will take 8-10 working days. If the product passes the quality check we will either exchange the dress for a different size or provide store credit that can be used to buy any other dress.
